State Agriculture Minister Mr. Dadaji Bhuse Visited the D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University Campus on Friday. At the time of visit, Mr. Dadaji Bhuse expressed confidence that, under the visionary leadership of Group President Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, New University would become a major partner in academic progress in coming years. Agriculture Minister Mr. Dadaji Bhuse, who is on a visit to Kolhapur, on Friday afternoon visited D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University Campus at Talsande were President of
Dr. D. Y. Patil Group, Dr. Sanjay D. Patil and Trustee MLA Rituraj Patil welcomed him. MP Mr. Dhairyashil Mane, MLA Prakash Abitkar, former MLA Sujit Minchekar, Executive Director of Dr. D. Y. Patil Group Anil Kumar Gupta were also present. At this time, Dr. Sanjay Patil gave detailed information about many modern and innovative concepts being implemented in the university to Mr. Dadaji Bhuse. He also discussed in
detail about various crops grown organically and many agricultural experiments. The Agriculture Minister was informed about the vegetables and fruits being grown at the campus. Special appreciation was given by Mr.Dadaji Bhuse for The state-of-the-art dairy farm developed here. Mr. Dadaji Bhuse was also informed about Future plans of the university, proposed new courses, various experiments in agriculture. On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Mr. Bhuse and other dignitaries visited the memorial of Yashwantrao Patil and took blessings. After inspecting the university campus, Agriculture Minister Mr. Dadaji Bhuse expressed his satisfaction. He said, Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, with his great diligence and vision, has made paradise flourish in a village like Talsande. At Talsande, establishment of D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University has provided modern higher education opportunities in the field of agriculture and technology. At this time, Mr. Dadaji Bhuse expressed confidence that, this university will play an important role in the educational development of the state.
